Ginny Burgess joined EFETAC in October 2006 and serves as analyst and advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of program operations. She has been with the U.S. Forest Service since February 2001 and has budgetary experience in both Forest Service National Forest Systems and Research. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has thirteen years of auditing, tax, and financial presentation experience in private sector accounting firms. Ginny received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The American University in Washington, DC.
